We believe that activating young voters is the key to winning back our House Majority this year.
MISSION STATEMENT
The Central Valley is home to the most vibrant agribusiness in the nation. The region is blessed with an abundance of natural resources nestled between two of the most dynamic economic engines in the world. Yet, the Central Valley is one of the poorest regions in the country.
For too long the Central Valley has been forgotten by Sacramento and Washington. At Valley Works we believe that Valley families deserve an equal seat at the table. Our mission is simple: to transform Valley Politics by supporting new leaders that fight for working families and our valley values.
MEET PEDRO
A graduate of Cal State Fresno with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science minor in Agribusiness and a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration with a concentration in Urban Planning and Finance at Cal State Long Beach.
Pedro is passionate about community involvement and dedicated to giving a voice to underrepresented communities. As an undocumented Immigrant, Pedro has worked with labor organizations, elected officials, and community groups to champion pro-immigrant policies such as the California Dream Act, immigration reform, and access to affordable quality education.
As the founder of Valley Works and the Blue Youth project, Pedro hopes to activate the next generation of young voters to win battleground elections in the most competitive races nationwide.
